Admission to Trading Requirements
NASDAQ Dubai has established minimum requirements that must be met by all companies applying to admit their securities on the exchange. These requirements meet international standards without being unduly onerous.
Issuers and Securities Rules (ISR)
The NASDAQ Dubai Issuers and Securities Rules set out the requirements for the admission of securities for trading on the exchange.
Offered Securities Rules
The NASDAQ Dubai Issuers and Securities Rules should be read in conjunction with the DFSA’s Offered Securities Rules (OSR).
Collective Investment Rules
Funds can be subject to several different rules.
Issuers of funds should also comply with the DFSA's Collective Investment Rules (CIR), which set out the requirements for domiciliation of funds in the DIFC. NASDAQ Dubai Issuers and Securities Rules should be read in conjunction with CIR to the extent applicable to the admission to trading of foreign funds on NASDAQ Dubai.
