Listing Requirements

NASDAQ Dubai has established minimum requirements that must be met by all companies applying to list their securities on the exchange. These requirements meet international standards without being unduly onerous.

Listing Rules

The NASDAQ Dubai Listing Rules set out the requirements for listing securities on the exchange.

Offered Securities Rules

The NASDAQ Dubai Listing Rules should be read in conjunction with the DFSA’s Offered Securities Rules (OSR) to the extent applicable to prospectus content, continuing obligations and corporate governance.

Collective Investment Rules

Funds can be subject to several different rules.

Issuers of funds should also comply with the DFSA's Collective Investment Rules (CIR), which set out the requirements for domiciliation of funds in the DIFC. NASDAQ Dubai Listing Rules should be read in conjunction with CIR to the extent applicable to the listing of foreign funds on NASDAQ Dubai.
