NASDAQ Dubai is the international listing destination for equity securities in its region. This includes the United Arab Emirates and the rest of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the wider Middle East and North Africa, Turkey and the Indian sub-continent.

NASDAQ Dubai provides issuers with a listing venue in their own region that meets the  the standards of international exchanges around the world. It also gives them unique access to regional and international investors.


International Issuers

NASDAQ Dubai is the gateway to investors in its region. Companies based in North America, Europe, east Asia and elsewhere can benefit from a secondary listing on the exchange.

  • Companies proposing to go public through an initial public offering (IPO)

  • Government entities proposing to privatise through an IPO
  • Companies that already have a primary listing on another exchange approved by NASDAQ Dubai

All companies must satisfy and comply on an ongoing basis with NASDAQ Dubai’s Listing Rules and the DFSA’s Offered Securities Rules and Collective Investment Rules.
