16 Oct, 2025Nasdaq Dubai Admits Dubai Aerospace Enterprise’s USD 650 Million Sukuk Listing
Nasdaq Dubai today welcomed the listing of a USD 650 million Sukuk issued by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), a leading global aviation services company. The five-year Sukuk, maturing in 2030, offers a profit rate of 4.5% per annum.
Issued under DAE’s USD 2.5 billion Trust Certificate Issuance Programme, the Sukuk attracted strong demand from investors, with order books exceeding USD 1.85 billion.
With this listing, DAE’s total listed value on Nasdaq Dubai has reached USD 2.09 billion across the three bond and Sukuk listings, underscoring its role as a key contributor to Dubai’s fixed-income market.
Nasdaq Dubai continues to strengthen its position as one of the world’s largest venues for Sukuk issuances, with total outstanding Sukuk now standing at USD 101 billion.
